These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Poker Analyzer website and application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to use poker-related tools in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws and the terms of any poker site you use.

2. The Service

Poker Analyzer imports and visualizes hand history files you provide, and offers replay, statistics, notes, and optional AI analysis. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PokerStars or any other poker operator.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate any law or the terms of a poker operator.
Do not use the Service to obtain real-time assistance during live play where prohibited.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. AI analysis

AI features generate suggestions for educational purposes only. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as guaranteed advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. Your hand history data and notes remain yours.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will improve your poker performance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any gambling losses, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
